Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions All single lessons are grouped in order of school terms ie: Term 1, Term 2 and so on. Cancellations due to illness or unavailability will incur a loss of lesson fee unless 24hours notice is given. Please not that make up one make up lesson is available to those clients who book and pay for the whole term. Single lessons are not eligible for make ups. Also if there are any symptoms, please advise.
